Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mcr-Technologies 330S14B0A002.167000.000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micropaq products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micropulse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Measurement product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micropaq such as the E22302C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BTL6A500M0350PFS115 manufactured by Micropulse and we are pleased to be able to service most Micropulse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 02350712000 by Manufacturer Measurement as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Meggitt-Inc-Ledex Brand 196275001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mercoid such as PBLT21040PU equipment made by Mercoid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mercoid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mercoid" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2228430 made by Melltrum as well as the popular M341CPH original spares produced by Meiki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MY by Megatorque and PBLT21040PU spares by Mercoid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FYQLA1140R3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microswitch.
